II intense weekend!

Not bad as you can see! Although the bath we got on Tuesday at noon at the same beach was spectacular, with no wind and waves a long long ... . On Saturday, after seeing the forecast was not bad at all, woke up early to do is hopefully the first of many trips to the snow. We went to the station Leitariegos Leonesa where we expect the first downs in a long time, I was not 100% but the roads were open enough to satisfy the hunger of snow we had.

We saw the other day walking in Madrid ... and today I was surprised at home, I love it!

book on the history of rap in Castilian, narrated and explained by two people who have lived it all since this culture come to this side of the ocean, the rapper El Chojin and journalist Francisco Reyes. It is a book told in first person by the actors and reflects the evolution of rap from the mid-80 to the latest period. That's good to remember those first groups that arose these parts, his lyrics, which sound a little silly today, and all the aesthetic he carried. It was the beginning of something big, an explosion of creativity and fun that has put the national hip hop so high level!. The book talks about all those early groups (ID, Jungle Kings, Sweet, MC and DJ Randy Jonce ...), so great progress and maturity that led to the emergence of bands like The Violent Poets and consolidation of gender and culture with people like Violadores del Verso, SFDK, only the single or 7 Notas 7 Colores ... .

Beautiful day practicing climbing Mount Xalo Arantxa. It is a sport that each day I like best. It's tough physically and mentally but every day we enjoy it more, whether in rock or rock climbing, and is that having a teacher like my girl is the best in the world. She tells me where to go, the different way up, as is the technique of each movement and each step, it gives me confidence to go up, I removed all the fear that gives me the height. She taught me to see the rock holds the potential, the projections in the fall back to take the next step. Encourages me to do well, motivates me to I try, I passed his passion, his eagerness to excel, to reach the final and get the pleasure of overcoming all the problems that arise ...

Arantxa was the first to climb, made it look super easy to go that route, with precise movements, smooth and harmonious, giving the feeling that there was simple and comfortable grips. You can imagine it was quite the opposite.
