Preceded by a special marketing campaign (including the reference to the rare and brilliant filmmaker David Lynch, which suggested a film or musical), of Dark Night of the Soul is a new album with tracks posted by Danger Mouse and Sparklehorse and interpreted by numerous artists of different styles. The album was originally to be released with photographs by David Lynch based on the music, but legal problems with EMI, but will sell the CD case + photo album but with a blank CD-R! .
The future of music the album is uncertain, but for now can be heard in its entirety in a radio broadcast on NPR. Take advantage while available!
